These records pertain to the Federation's Human Services Program. They include administrative records relating to the "Services for Children in Their Own Home" service provider contract between the Hispanic Federation and the Philadelphia Department of Public Welfare. They also include a report entitled "The Underserved: Hispanic Children and Their Families: Analysis of Philadelphia County Children and Youth Agency Provision of Services to Hispanics," issued by the Hispanic Federation and the Philadelphia County Children and Youth Agency Task Force on the Hispanic Family, June 1983 (a typewritten manuscript about 100 pages in length).
